  23 Jumpin cafe is tucked away down Irvine Place and a nice little spot for a quick lunch with workmates or weekend cafe hop.    The cafe is minimalistic with basic outdoor wooden furnishings and bare buffed concrete flooring.  The pricing is more than fair and you can get a solid lunch and coffee done for under $20.   If you happen to come in for a business meeting the acoustics are a little loud for a serious meeting, so it's better you get your dealing done before coming in for a bite.
